How it Works

  1. Email me above by Clicking Book a Private Session

  2. We'll arrange a time to meet in person or chat on the phone about your goals, budget, and any injuries.

  3. I create a plan based on everything you tell me. The more the better!

  4. Our first session will be longer in order to show proper technique and assist with any questions about specific exercises.

  5. I check in regularly outside of our sessions to make sure you're motivated, comfortable, and feeling confident!
